In Orthodoxy & Theology, Christianity especially, the Word of God is Law (Bible) and the Canon cannot be changed. Thus saith the LORD, I AM , That, I AM (Genesis 3:6).

3. The Church is Independent

Charter: Dade county Charter in Florida Constitution: Church GrandFathered in as Independent of State and separate from state; and serves as Sanctuary for those in Refuge according to the Word of God.
5. The Public Trust
State Law: Citizens are assets which are property protected by State; and the state's business is to provide for the needs of its citizens. States and their agents are responsible as Trustee(s) and are held liable in debt as false actor(s).
6. In Reality: The One of Truth
Law of the Sovereign: No Statute of limitations can be placed upon a sovereign because the king is always right.eous in the Eye of the LORD. The true church presents God in person to the masses.
